The ingredients needed to make Coconut crunch:
  1. Get 1 block dark chocolate
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp golden syrup
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  4. Take 3 cups rice bubbles
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp dessicated coconut (flakes)
Instructions to make Coconut crunch:
  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  2. While you're waiting for the water to simmer, grab a flame-proof bowl. Add in the golden syrup, butter, and dark chocolate - break up the chocolate.
  3. Rest the flame-proof bowl with the ingredients over top of the pot once it starts simmering.
  4. Wait for the chocolate to melt. Stir ingredients together every few minutes.
  5. Once all the chocolate is smooth and has melted, turn off the element. Add in the rice bubbles. Stir and coat rice bubbles with the chocolate mix. Now add in the dessicated coconut (flakes) and mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into muffin cups. Put in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours. Transfer to a sealed container and enjoy!!
