Instructions to make Mooli Ki Dhokli:
  1. All ingredients.Wash &cut the saag &muli.
  2. Take a bowl add all dhokli ingredients crumble it,add little oil to makes a tight dough.Rest it 20 mints.After 20 mints again little knead it & makes small balls.Press little on your palm.
  3. Heat a pan add oil put cumin seeds hing &mustard seeds crackle for a while.Add chopped green chilli sauted, add ginger garlic paste sauted 1 mints.Add muli & saag as well as all spices&salt,except amchur powder.sauteed 1 mints.
  4. Add water.whenever the water boils add all dhokli.Cooked 15 mints on medium flame.In every 5 mints stir it.After 15 mints add amchur mix.it well.
  5. Rajasthani mooli ki dhokli is ready to serve.Serve with boiled rice or roti or chapati
