  2. Now add tomatoes and cook it completely
  3. Now add all spices and mix
  4. Add achar and mix it properly
  5. Soaked rice in water for atleast 30 minutes
  6. Now add carrots r kishmish and fry them for atleast 5 mints. then add 1 cup water to cook them completely
  7. Now add water, take a boil and add soaked rice with 1 ts vinegar. mox them lightly and cover the pot
  8. Enjoy delicious carrots palao
