  1. Take 80 gm corn starch
  2. Get 2 tsp sugar
  3. Prepare 300 ml water

  5. Take 1 cup Rooafza

  7. Take Chocolate syrup(opt)
  8. Get 2 scoop Vanilla ice cream

  1. Mix corn starch, sugar and water well with whishk so that no lumps formed..
  2. Now in a heavy bottom kadahi pour this mixture and cook untill get thicken or get transparency…
  3. Now put this hot mixture in sev machine(as shown in pic)
  4. Then make sev in ice cold water directly.. and refrigerate these faluda in fridger for 30 minute.
  5. Then in a serving glass.. put some crushed ice, then faluda and drizzle rooafza or rose syrup… And at last put rabdi over it.. and some chocolate syrup(optional)..
  6. Also put vanilla ice scoope over there and enjoy cool..
