  18. Get 2 kokum
  19. Get 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  20. Make ready 1 tbsp jaggery/gur
  21. Make ready To serve
  22. Get Any Khakhra pieces Wheat/, Jowar - Bajra
Instructions to make Khakhra-Moong Shots:
  1. Wash and soak moong for 1/2 hour. Add more 1 glass of water, with little salt in soaked moong and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
  2. In kadhai add heat ghee. Add cloves cinnamon sticks, mustard seeds cummin seeds as splutter add turmeric powder,dry red chilli, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  3. Add boiled moong. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,dry ginger powder, jaggery and kokum or lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Jowar Bajra Khakhra.. ready available
  5. In serving ice cream bowl or shot glass, add 2-3 laddleful of prepared moong curry. On it side place Jowar- Bajra Khakhra piece as shown. Serve to your Kids to relish Healthy & Delicious Khakhra- Moong Shots in breakfast- brunch.
