  1. Prepare 2 kg large lemons with thick peel
  2. Prepare 1300 g sugar

  4. As soon as they boil, let them strain overnight. On the next day, prepare the syrup.
  5. Place the water in the pot and add the sugar, the glucose syrup and the lemon juice.When it starts boiling let it until the syrup begins to thicken. Then add the lemons and let everything boil until the spoon sweet is completely done (the syrup shouldn't run like water from the spoon). Let it cool, remove the toothpicks and then store in glass jars.
