  1. Heat oil in a pan add hing, chopped garlic, haldi powder, salt, and add bhindi. Mix well
  2. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till the bhindi are completely cooked
  3. Add 2-tbsp roasted besan, red chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi powder, roasted peanut powder, amchur powder and Coriander leaves
  4. Take the pan off the heat and mix well
  5. Serve hot with rotis
