  1. Heat the oven to 200C. In a bowl, combine the honey with rose water (or warm water), and steamed saffron. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Unfold puff pastry on your counter.
  3. By a sharp cutter, cut the pastry into triangular.

  5. Place the cut out pieces in the baking tray.With a knife make a lengthwise cut in the centre of each piece.With a brush, lightly brush pastry pieces with honey syrup.
  6. Place the baking train in the oven and let bake for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180C degree and bake them for 15- 20 minutes, until it golden and puffed. Then remove from the oven, let it cool.
