  1. Chop palak..dip in hot water for 10 mins..drain the palak and grind it into paste..now take flour,add rava,salt,oil,garam masala,mango powder,gingergarlic paste and palak paste..keep aside for 20 mins
  2. Add jeera and make a dough..roll into puris
  3. Deep fry the puris in oil..
  4. Make tomato puree by adding tomato green chilli and ginger garlic paste grind it into paste..now take oil add jeera
  5. Add tomato puree mix well,now add all the masalas and saute well..add potatoes and close the lid and cook till the potatoes are cooked completely
