The ingredients needed to make Oaty biscuits:
  1. Take 75 g sugar
  2. Get 75 g butter
  3. Prepare 75 g self raising flour
  4. Get 75 g oats
  5. Get 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  6. Take 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions to make Oaty biscuits:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and syrup in pan. Once melted, add milk.
  3. Remove pan from heat and add the dry ingredients.
  4. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls. This recipe should make 9 biscuits. Space out balls on large baking tray and squash the balls slightly so they are about 2cm thick.
  5. Bake biscuits for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove tray from oven but leave the biscuits on the tray for 3-5 mins before moving them onto cooling rack.
