Get 1 cup basmati rice
Prepare 2 cup cabbage
Get 1 cup mix Bell Pepper(red,yellow and green )

Get 4 tsp garlic cloves
Make ready 2 tsp ginger
Get 2 tsp corn flour
Prepare 1 cup water
Get 3 tbsp soya sauce
Get 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
Make ready 1 cup mix bell pepper (red,green and yellow )
Take 1/2 cup petals cut onion
Take 1 tbsp finely cut green chilli
Take For manchurian balls
Take 1/2 cup grated cabbage
Take 1/2 cup finely cut carrot
Make ready 1/2 cup cauliflower
Prepare 3 tsp maida/ all purpose flour
Get 2 tsp corn flour
Get 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
Make ready as needed Oil
Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Fried rice and manchurian:
In a pan boil water and add rice. Strain rice and run cold water. Rice should be cooked 90%. Keep aside
For manchurian gravy - In a pan add Garlic and saute for 2 mins then add ginger and chilli.
Add onion and bell peppers. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce. In a bowl add corn flour and water. Mix it well. Add corn flour to the gravy. Then add vinegar.
For manchurian balls - In a bowl add carrot,cabbage and cauliflower. Add corn flour, maida, salt and pepper.
Make small balls. Do not squeeze hard. Fry on medium flame. Keep aside.
For fried rice - In a pan add garlic,ginger,green chilli. Saute for fee mins. Add carrot saute for 2 mins then cabbage and then bell peppers and corn.
Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,vinegar and salt. Mix well.
Add rice and turn off the flame. Add soya sauce. Take out the rice in a bowl and microwave as per need.
