  1. Wash and pat dry ladyfingers. Chopped into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Grind all mentioned ingredients for making masala paste in mixer grinder jar to smooth paste. Keep aside.
  3. In nonstick pan add & heat ghee. Add and fry chopped ladyfingers. Remove from pan and keep aside.
  4. Remove excess ghee.. keeping 2-3 tbsp ghee in pan. Add masala paste. Saute till ghee separate.
  5. Mix gram flour in thin coconut milk. Add this mixture in sauted masala paste. Boil. Add kokum extract. Add salt to taste.Mix well.
  6. At the time of serving add thick coconut milk and fried ladyfingers pieces,boiled peas. Mix well.
