Steps to make Potato-Brinjal Sabzi:
  1. Cut vegetables in long and thick size.
  2. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add asfoitida, turmeric and garlic paste.
  3. Add Brinjal and potatoes in it. Add all masala and salt. Don't add water. Cover it and add water in the cover. Cook it on low flame.
  4. Now open and add besan. Mix it well.
  5. Serve hot with Paratha or Roti.
