  1. Preheat oven to 180°
  2. Sieve all the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat all the wet ingredients together.
  4. Fold in the sieved dry ingredients.
  5. Grease and dust 8" square tin.
  6. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 25mins.
  7. Once the cake it baked, let it cool down a bit before unmoulding from the tin.
  8. Chop both the chocolates and put them in a large bowl.
  9. Heat the cream on medium-low heat, don't need to boil.
  10. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir till all the chocolate has melted.
  11. Place the cooled cake on a wire rack. Fill and cover it with the chocolate ganache. (I didn't fill the cake I made, I just covered it)
  12. Once covered, let it sit on the wire rack for a few minutes.
  13. Transfer it on a serving plate and put in the fridge till the chocolate sets. Ready to serve.
