  1. Take 1 cup chocolate chips
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cups Caramelised Condensed milk
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup Almonds chopped
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
Steps to make Caramel Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Take the Milkmaid Condensed milk tin and put in a pressure cooker with water. The water level should be 1” above the container. Put the pressure on high flame for 1 whistle and on medium high for 15 mins. Take out the tin carefully and cool in room temperature for 2-3 hours
  2. In a pan add chocolate chips and 1.5 cups caramelised condensed milk and melt the chocolate completely. Add a part of chopped almonds and nuts to it
  3. Chocolate will melt
  4. Add the melted chocolate into the mould which will have parchment paper. Add some note chopped almonds, walnuts and press with spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  5. De-mould after 2 hours and cut into square shapes. Serve
