The ingredients needed to make Puff pastry pizza:
  1. Prepare 320 g puff pastry roll
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  3. Take 2 jalapeños (or ready chopped)
  4. Get 4 button mushrooms, sliced
  5. Get 4 sundried tomatoes, halved
  6. Prepare 4 handfuls grated cheddar /mozzarella mix
  7. Prepare 1/2 tin tuna
  8. Get 2 eggs
  9. Make ready Milk / egg wash
  10. Prepare Oregano, parsley, chilli flakes
  11. Prepare to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions to make Puff pastry pizza:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Roll out pastry sheet and pinch edges down
  3. Spread tomato puree across base, leaving an inch clear around the edges
  4. Sprinkle oregano, parsley and chilli flakes across the puree
  5. Decorate base with jalapeños, tomatoes and mushroom slices
  6. Cover with cheese
  7. Milk /egg wash the edges
  8. Bake for 10 minutes
  9. Check on cooking, once the edges start to puff up and turn golden, take out
  10. Pierce centre if puffing up, to let the air out. Sprinkle tuna across the centre and crack an egg on each side
  11. Return to the oven for 5 minutes+ until the eggs are cooked
  12. Season to taste and enjoy!
