  5. Make ready 1/2 cup salted boondi (used for raita)
  6. Get 1/2 cup bhujia sev
  7. Take 1/4 cup roasted Chana Dal
  8. Prepare 2 tsp raisins
  9. Prepare 8-10 cashews
  10. Get leaves Curry
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  13. Get 1 tsp mango powder /tatri powder (citric powder)
  14. Make ready 4 tsp sugar powder
  15. Prepare to taste Salt
  16. Get as needed Oil for deep fry
Instructions to make Khatta Meetha namkeen:
  1. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry peanuts & corn flakes.
  2. Mix all dry spices in a bowl. Sprinkle some Masala on fried corn flakes & peanuts.
  3. Deep fry poha.
  4. Add in corn flakes & peanuts. Sprinkle some Masala.
  5. Now remove excess oil from Kadhai. In 1 ladle full of oil add curry leaves, chopped cashews, raisins. Saute all.
  6. Add remaining Masala. Add murmure. Mix all. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch off gas.
  7. Now add fried murmure to the poha mix. Add Roasted Chana dal, boondi, sev bhujia. Mix all properly. Check Masala. If required add some more spices as per your taste.
  8. Once cooled store in air tight jar.
