Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic chilli paste
Get 250 gm amul paneer
Make ready 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
Prepare 1/2 capsicum, cubed
Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
Take to taste salt
Make ready 1 cup water
Make ready 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Take 1 tbsp kasuri methi leaves
Prepare 50 gm almarai cream

METHOD - first boil vegetables along with little salt for 10 minutes.
In a large kadai dry roast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds
Also take cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, red chilli and coconut dry roast and blend to smooth powder without adding any water.
Keep a side heat oil and saute onions add ginger-garlic paste then add tomato and saute Well more, add capsicum and saute slightly.
Also add prepared masala and salt to taste saute well till the oil separates from the masala
Add boiled vegetables, water and amul paneer, add almarai cream coriander leaves cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
