Make ready 100 g beef, cut into thin strips
Make ready 200 g dried egg noodles

Take 1 large onion, peeled and cut into thin strips

Get 3 tbsp sesame oil
Get 1 tsp sugar
Take 1 tbsp vinegar

Steps to make Chinese Beef Chow Mein:
Combine chopped beef with 1tbs of the sesame oil, corn flour, chili flakes and salt. Mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce with sugar and 1tbsp of the sesame oil. Set aside.
Chop vegetables.
Heat a wok over a high heat. Add oil and once oil is very hot add vegetables, grated garlic and ginger..Stir -fry for 2 minutes,
Then add prepared sauce to the fried vegetables,
Gently combine together and transfer to a plate.
Reheat the wok. Add oil and when oil is very hot add beef slices. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add fired vegetables to the wok with fried beef.
Mix all together.
Cook the noodles in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Then, drain them,
And fry in 1tbsp of the sesame oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
Add the noodles to the beef mixture, stir-fry for 3 minutes and toss the mixture. Put on a plate garnish with chopped spring onions and serve it.
