  1. Get 1 Cup Wheat
  2. Make ready 1 Cup Semolina
  3. Take 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  4. Take 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. Get 1/4 Cup Dryfruits
  7. Make ready 1 Cup Warm Milk
  8. Prepare As required Ghee/Oil-For Deep Frying
Steps to make Wheat Biscuit:
  1. Add powdered sugar into warm milk and stir well to get the mixture combined very well.
  2. Let it cool down completely.
  3. In another large bowl, add semolina, wheat flour, dry fruits, cardamom powder and 1/2 cup butter. Mix well.
  4. Once everything is combined, add warm milk slowly and make a smooth, semi-thick dough.
  5. Make lemon size balls out of the mixture and flatten them with palm.
  6. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  7. Deep fry the biscuits till golden brown.
  8. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
  9. These biscuits are soft when they are hot but turns crunchy once they cool down.
