Cooker ma meat 2cup water, garlic cloves,salt, onions slices dalein dhakan band kar ke stove per rakh dain
5 minutes whistle chalye flame off karein. Thora wait kar ke Dhakan utarein.
Meat check karein whole garam masala dalein chopped tomatoes ar ginger paste dal ke Cook karein
Red chilli, turmeric powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, black seeds, black pepper dalein
Green chilli,half tsp garam masala powder aur yoghurt dalein oil dal ke achy se bhon lain
Jab gosht Oil chor dy tinday dal lain
Ap water jitna like krty hyn utna dalein mery ghr ma gravy like ki jati hy mene 2 cup dala hy. Cover kar ke pakny dain.
Jab tinday gal Jain flame off karein
Garam masala, green chilli ar lemon se garnish kar ke tandoori roti sath serve karein.
