  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  21. Get 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
  23. Make ready 1/4 tsp Anar dana crushed
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp Butter
  25. Take As needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make Besan ki Tikki ki Sabzi:
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients and make firm dough.
  2. Give shape of tikki. - Deep fry on medium hot oil. - Keep aside.
  3. Now for gravy : - - In a pan heat oil.
  4. Put jeera then put finely chopped onion and chillies.
  5. Cook till pinkish colour. - Now add crushed tomatoes.
  6. Cook for 5 mins. Then add all dry spices.
  7. Cook till oil saperates. - Put 1 glass of water. Bring it to boil.
  8. Put all fried tikkis. - Mix gently.
  9. Cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
  10. Besan ki tikki ki sabzi is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. - Serve with Roti/Phulkas.
