  1. Make a dough by mixing flour, wheat and salt according to the water requirement. Let it sat for 10 minutes
  2. In a separate bowl mix basin, egg, cilli powder, zeera powder,yellow color, salt with water to make a paste
  3. In a frying pan add dhania, first by crushing it coarsely oarsely
  4. Add zeera and fry them until a pleasant smell comes and they are light brown
  5. Now make a small ball of the dough and make it round with a rolling pin. Meanwhile heat a deep pan/karahi for frying on medium flame
  6. Cover the round shape of the dough with basin mixture, then add anar Dana, daal and the fried dhania zeera
  7. Now slowly lift the round dough with your hand into the karahi very carefully on side which is coated. Let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and fry the other side until the other side it of brown color
  8. Delicious and yummy homemade healthy katlama is ready to be served. No need if any kind of chutney or ketchup as it's a full meal and completely satisfy your carvings for this street food 😊😊😍
