  6. Make ready 6-8 Green chilies

  9. Take 1 & 1/2 tbsp Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  11. Make ready Water half glass (for frying spices) if required
  12. Get 3 Potatoes slices
  13. Prepare 500 g Tinda (Apple Gourd)
Instructions to make Tinday ke Sabzi (Apple Gourd):
  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until Onion turn brown. - Then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes
  2. Green chilli, cumin, salt, Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder, red chilli powder & add water. Cook it until oil comes up.
  3. Then add Potatoes 3 cubes and Tinday and cook well. - Add half glass water & Stir well. Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the cooked, the moisture dries out and the tinday potatoes are done.
  4. Tinday ki Sabzi is ready Serve with rice or Naan
