  2. Strain the flour along with milk powder and baking powder and baking soda.In a bowl take milk-vinegar mix, refined oil and jaggery powder and mix it nicely.Now add flour mix into the liquid mixture and mix with light hands.Add 1/2 cup water to make cake batter.
  3. Now add dry fruits into the batter,mix it and pour the batter into greased box.Again sprinkle some nuts on the top.In preheated oven bake it for 30 min at 180degree celsius.
