Pour the dressing over salad and mix well. There are only three main ingredients to this Mediterranean salad: tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh parsley. The dressing is a simple drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice. For seasoning, a simple dash of salt and black pepper is all you need; but I really like the addition of sumac spice for a little more depth.

Instructions to make Mediterrenean Salad:
  1. Clean all vegetable then trangal and clean the ice burg lettuce keep it a side.
  2. Then make feta and olive vinaigrette seasoning to to taste.
  3. Take a white bread slice cut it on small dice put some garlic and olive oil then toast it on mediem heat salamanderuntil golden brown.
  4. Take a salad jar start to arrange salad one by one like croutons onthe bottom,red pimentos, green pementoes, yellow pimentos,.
  5. Then cucumber, tomatoes, black olive, ice burg lettuce, garnish with chop parsley.
  6. Serve it cold covered with lid served feta and olive vinaigrette by side.
