  4. Then boil in clean waterand add red cilli pwder and salt.
  5. When it soft but not mashy take out in a bowl after drying all the water.
  6. Soak rice in water.fry one slice onion with cumin seed.cloves cimamon stick and black pepper
  7. When it's turned brown add rice and sautay then add salt and cook with desire water according to ur rice till done.
  8. Boil tomatoes in water.
  9. Remove skin and add them in blender along with that add garlic cloves and green chillies and blend it..
  10. In other pan heated oil fry one chopped onion golden brown
  11. Add red chilli and salt and blended tomatoes and bhunify it.
  12. Cook till oil seperated but after that add water to make desire consistancy.
  13. In heated oil fry one sliced onion till golden brown
  14. Take out in a bowl
  15. In the same fry pan fry some garlic golden brown
  16. In a serving dish take out rice spread evnely.
  17. Then spread boiled lentills over them
  18. Then spread one layer of pasta
  19. Then pour tomato sauce
  20. And sprinkle fried onion and fried garlic serve hot and enjoy
