Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, minty hummus. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Mint Lemon Hummus Recipe is refreshing, and it's so easy to make your own hummus with garbanzo beans. Delicious served with crunchy vegetables and a few crisp crackers! "Early summer days are a jubilee time for birds. Pluck mint and parsley leaves, then chop roughly. Add the chopped herbs and garlic to a blender along with chickpeas, peas, lemon juice, tahini, ground cumin, salt, and water and blend until smooth.

The ingredients needed to make Minty Hummus:
  1. Make ready 3/4 cup kabuli chana (white chickpeas), soaked overnight
  2. Take 3 tbsp. olive oil
  3. Prepare 2 garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 1 tsp. lime juice
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  6. Take handful mint leaves
  7. Prepare to taste salt
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp. olive oil, pinch of red chilli powder/sumac powder, boiled chana & mint leaves to garnish

It was easy to make, but what I appreciated most was the velvety smooth texture of the end result! Looking forward to trying another of your recipes soon! Fold mini chocolate chips into the hummus and move to a serving bowl. Put the chickpeas, roasted garlic cloves (peeled), tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a blender or food processor.

Instructions to make Minty Hummus:
  1. Pressure cook the kabuli chana for 5 whistles. When cool, blend with the rest of the ingredients, (except lime juice), till smooth.
  2. When done, add the lime juice and serve, garnished with more olive oil, mint leaves, red chilli powder / sumac powder and few boiled kabuli chana.

Fold mini chocolate chips into the hummus and move to a serving bowl. Put the chickpeas, roasted garlic cloves (peeled), tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a blender or food processor. Pulse until you reach the consistency you like. If you feel it is too thick add a little liquid from the can of garbanzos or were they cooked. Add the mint and pulse again until everything is well integrated.
