Steps to make Caramel modak:
  1. Take a non stick pan.add ghee and semolina cook for 2minutes on medium flame.
  2. Add caramel condensed milk and milk powder.
  3. Cook till the mixture take in a dough foam.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  5. Put some ghee in ur palm. Take a mixture and give shape of like modak.
  6. Now put the modaks in serving plate. Garnish it with silver icing balls.
