Prepare Handful hazelnuts
Prepare Handful walnuts

Blend all the nuts together until powdery.
Add the fresh herbs and garlic, season well (I prefer Maldon salt) and blend again.
Add the pepper and tomato roughly chopped, chilli and parmesan and blend again.
Squeeze in the lemon juice. Slowly add in the oil whilst blending. The mixture will likely now be very thick.
Add water a tablespoon at a time until the consistency is as you want it. Whilst adding the water the mixture should become creamier looking as you blend. (You may prefer thicker to spread or dip, or thinner as a pasta sauce for example).
