The ingredients needed to make Choc Nut Tart:
  1. Get 4 half roll of Candi biscuits or degistive biscuits
  2. Get 1/2 cup melted butter
  3. Make ready 1 can dulce de Leche or Condensed milk
  4. Make ready 250 gm mix nuts
  5. Prepare 1 cup grated fresh coconut
  6. Make ready 200 gm cooking chocolate
  7. Make ready 100 gm cream
Instructions to make Choc Nut Tart:
  1. If u don’t Hv dulce de leche, used caramelised condensed milk - For Carmelization, take a big pan fill with water, put condensed milk (closed can) in it and cook for 3 hours on medium heat. (Water shouldn’t below the can) - When completely cool (room temperature), put in refrigerator for couple of hours
  2. Meanwhile in a process crumb Candi biscuits by adding lil by lil melted butter
  3. Take a pie/tart pan, set a first layer of cookie crumbs & rest in refrigerator
  4. After couple of minutes add another layer of dulce de leche,
  5. Then spread mix nuts & coconut.
  6. Rest in refrigerator for couple of minutes
  7. Meanwhile made chocolate ganache, melt chocolate with cream in double boiler or microwave (for couple of seconds). Mix it well, spread on top of nuts layered.
  8. Dizzle some condensed milk & with help of tooth pick make marble effect.
  9. Rest in refrigerator for couple of hours
  10. Serve Chill
