  15. Make ready 1/2 cup frozen vegetables (I use frozen winter vegetables)
Steps to make Javanese Fried Rice:
  1. Crushed with mortal and prestel: Chilli, shallots, garlic
  2. Shrimp paste/belacan/"terasi", corriander seeds, sugar
  3. Salt, white pepper. Crushed until smooth
  4. Add cooking oil at the frying pan, and add the crushed spices, stir fry until fragrant
  5. Add water and mix
  6. Add sweet soy sauce and mix
  7. Add beef and mix
  8. Add bacon and mix
  9. Add frozen vegetables, and mix until the vegetable thawed
  10. Add rice and mix all
  11. Serve it with prawn cracker, cucumber, and sunnyside egg. If you like you could add sambal oelek too.
