  15. Make ready 2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
  16. Take Salt (as required)
  17. Get 1/2 tsp Sugar
  18. Make ready 4-5 Green chillies (flakes)
Steps to make Whosayna’s Dhokra:
  1. Keep a big pot for steaming, or dhokra steamer on flame with water. - Mix all ingredients together to smooth batter, when water starts boiling add one and half teaspoon of ENO fruit salt in batter and stir well, pour on a small greased thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. Keep for steaming till done. When done cut squares - - Garnish: make baghar of mustard and cummin seeds, sesame and green chillies with curry leaves pour over dhokra sprinkle coconut, finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
