  3. Fry for five minutes till the kismis are fried.
  4. Add a cup of water and pinch of salt. Mix well.
  5. Pressure cook for two whistles.
  6. Transfer the daliya from cooker to a wide vessel with three cups of thickened milk. Add pieces of Arnapurna leaf to get aroma in kheer.
  7. Boil for 5-7 minutes till the daliya mix well and the kheer thickened.
