  2. Get 4 tspn besan

Instructions to make Kadi with plain rice:
  1. 1 bowl me 4 spn besan le then add salt, haldi, lal mirch powder…  then  thoda water add kar ke ache se fet le .
  2. (Pakode ka better thik se feta gya hai ya nahi ise  check kar ne ke liye 1 katori pani  le then better ko usme tapka kar dekhe agar better tair ke  uper a jaye to  done hai nahi to aur feto.).
  3. Then kadai me talne ka oil gram karein aur pakode tal le ….
  4. #kadi for gravy -  1 cup khatta dahi + 2 cup water + 1/2 spn haldi + salt + lal mirch powder + 1 spn dhaniya powder  + hari mirch cut kar ke aur besan 4 logo ki kadi ke liye 3 spn besan add karein ) sab ko ache se mix kar  ke rai se chalaye jab ache se fet liya  jaye
  5. To kadai me oil gram  karein add hing, methi dana, jeera aur   ghol   me pani ki jarurat lage to aur add  karein    then slow gas par  chalate huye pakaye
  6. Jab tak ek ubal na a jaye then add pakode   then 5 min paka ke gas offf
  7. Tadka diffrent look dene ke liye - 1 chamche me 1 se 2 spn deshi  gram karein then 1/2 spn kashmiri  degi mirch  add karein aur ready kadhi ke upar  daale ……..
