  5. In a bowl, mix together garlic, red chilli, salt, corn flour & mix well.
  6. Keep aside for 3-5 min.
  7. Now add the potatoes & toss well so that the mixer completely coats them.
  8. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame & deep fry the potatoes till they are crispy.
  9. Drain excess oil and place them on an absorbent paper.
  10. Now heat a little oil add chopped garlic, sesame seeds, vinegar & tomato sauce & cook for a min. & turn of the heat.
  11. Add honey seasonings onion shallots & pour over the potatoes.
  12. Toss well.
  13. Serve the honey Chilli Potato.
