In a pan, combine slices mushrooms, onion and 2tbsp butter.
Stir often over high heat, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir flour into mushrooms mixture.
Then stir in mustard, tomato paste and beed broth. Add 1 cup sour cream, (I was out of sour cream so added few drops of lemon into 200ml pack of cream and leave for few minutes until it became sour) and stir to blend.
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Pour mushroom sauce into a bowl.
Add remaining tbsp butter into a pan, add beef strips, stir until meat is slightly browned.
Transfer mushroom sauce. Return stroganoff mixture to frying pan and stri until bubbling, 2 to 5 minutes.
Pour stroganoff into centre of pasta ring, topped with dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with parsley.
Cut through pasta with a sharp knifeand serve stroganoff and pasta with two large spoons.
