  1. Wash and soak Mungdal and Udad dal separately for 5-6 hours. Grind both the dal and mix in one big vessel add water to maintain a consistency of batter. Add sugar and mix all properly. In one small cup take pinch of asafoetida and Eno mix well add little oil and water mix all properly and add to the better.
  2. For stuffing:- Mix all the ingredients together. Set into cup & poured the Dhokla better.
  3. Heat a idli pan with water. - Arrange the dhokla on idli steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes.
  4. For the Chutney - blend the tomatoes, red chilli, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt until smooth.
