Steps to make Crispy potato wedges with spicy mango sauce:
First of all wash and cut potato wedges with skin, you have to cut 4 or 5 pieces from one potato
Then boil 80% potato and drain the water
Then in a bowl add all-purpose flour,rice flour,cornflour red chilli powder salt oregano and make a flowing batter adding water in it
Then in a wok deep fry wedges,dip in the batter and fry,don't leave the potatoes in the batter otherwise potato releases it's water
Fry it in medium flame make it golden brown crispy and put in the strainer or wire rack not on the tissue paper and sprinkle some Chaat masala chopped coriander leaves on top
FOR MANGO SAUCE :-
Make mango puree simply cut mango in diced and grind it
Then in a frying pan add butter,mango puree,red chilli flakes,red chilli powder,salt stir it then add sugar in it then in the end add lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes sauce is ready
