To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have inari sushi using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Inari Sushi:
  1. Get 2 cups steamed rice
  2. Make ready 2 tsp rice vinegar
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Take 1 tbsp furikake (I used wakame and egg type. You can substitute this with other furikake, beef/chicken floss, etc.)
  5. Get As needed Shredded chicken for the filling (you can also use tuna, egg, kani, etc.)
  6. Make ready To taste Sesame seeds for topping
  7. Make ready 8 ready-to-use inari age (fried tofu pouched immersed in sweet shoyu)
Steps to make Inari Sushi:
  1. Mix rice with salt, rice vinegar, and furikake. Stir occasionally until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands and form a ball. Flatten it and put chicken or another filling inside. Wrap the filling with more rice if necessary and insert into an inari age.
  3. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
