- Method - - Take the chicken breast piece wash nicely then slit them into thin slices as if it's thick it takes time to get cooked then apply salt and lemon and keep aside for 30 mins. - Mean while grind all the other ingredients in grinder and make a thick paste by adding very little water add salt then as take hot water in a pan and keep the sieve on it and see water does not touch the sieve then dip each thin slices and keep on the sieve then cover with a cloth and keep a heavy plate over it
- Then steam on slow flame for 30 mins then just check with knife then keep on slow flame untill it's done max 15 mins more then mean while cook rice and keep on plate put the steam chicken and enjoy
