The ingredients needed to make Beetroot Puri:
  1. Take 1 beetroot
  2. Prepare 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp cooking oil for moyan
  4. Take To taste salt
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  6. Prepare As needed water
Steps to make Beetroot Puri:
  1. Peel, Wash and grate beetroot.
  2. Now grind the Beetroot in a mixer.
  3. Add grinded beetroot in a mixing bowl. Add wheat flour, salt, carrom seeds and cooking Oil for moyan and mix with hands. Then knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a portion of dough and make balls. Roll it.
  5. Heat oil in a wok. Put puri and deep fry till redish brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the puries.
  6. Serve hot with any curry.
