  5. Using a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter then add garlic and green pepper and stir. We are going to use it to garnish
  6. To make a plate. First u make a layer with rice, then top it with spaghetti, add the sauce and finally garnish with the veggies and mayonnaise

A platter of Singaporean rice has got everything. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce into the mayonnaise, give everything a good mix and set aside. Boil until rice is almost done, drain the water and put the rice back into the pot. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce all around the edges and some in the center.
