  5. Now take the dough, and divide the dough into 10 balls. Take a dough ball, press the edges. Give it a shape like bowl. Place the stuffing in the center. Bring all the edges together and close it.
  6. Gently roll the Puri with a rooling pin. In a deep pan heat some oil, and fry the poori on high-medium heat. Serve it hot with aloor torkari.
