Steps to make Steamed vegetables:
  1. To make the stuffing, first take 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add chana flour and fry on low heat, then let it cool down.
  2. Now in a mixer, grind all the ground spices like peanuts, fennel, then remove it, then make a paste of ginger, chilli and garlic in it, then put this paste in the roasted flour, then add salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar, coriander. Prepare by adding spices
  3. Now cut all these vegetables in half then fill this prepared spice in it then put it in a glass of water with 2 glasses of water and continue to put this stuffed vegetable on it to steam and cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now take some oil in a pan, add pinch of mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida, add the rest of the filling, add a little water, salt and cayenne powder as required, add the boiled vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas and add some coriander and serve.
  5. This steamer really looks very tasty made in the stove and if possible you can wash the kapchi in a frying pan and then cook the vegetables in it too. If ready, make delicious and nutritious steamed vegetables from scratch.
