Heat the ghee on a pan. Fry the raisin first then other chopped dry fruits. Remove to plate. Set aside.
To the rest of the ghee on the pan add daliya and fry till it is too hot to touch. Don't overfry.
In a pressure cooker take the fried daliya, mix 2 cups of milk and 2 pinches of salt. Cook for 4 whistle. Allow the cooker to cool naturally.
Heat 1/2 cup milk in a pan. Add chopped palm jaggery and allow to melt. Set aside.
Heat rest of 1 and 1/2 cup milk in a large pan. Bring to boil and add cooked daliya from the pressure cooker.
Mix the daliya with milk and cook on low flame, till daliya mixed well with milk.
Then mix jaggery and milk liquid to the daliya payesh.
Add cardamom powder and dry ginger powder and half of fried dry fruits and raisin. Mix well. - - Serve in bowls and garnish with rest of the dry fruits and raisin. - Thanks
