Instructions to make Rava masala puri with aloo ki sabzi:
In a mixing boil add rava and dry ingred mix all properly with the normal hot water knead a dough..and cover it rest for 10 min
Take a pressure cooked add 2-3 mustard oil.when its hot then add panch phoran grated ginger and all the dry species mix it well don't burn the species then add tomatoes cooked till it loose oil
/fter then add chopped tomatoes abd half cup water and cook for 2-3whistles.after 3 whistle its done then adf garam masala.
For the puri take a woke heat up oil..when the oil is hot add the puri and puff from both the sides till it golden in colour…its done to serve
