  8. Place them in the hot oil, when it brown on one side, overturn it and let the other side brown too.
  9. Remove and place it on kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
  10. Repeat untill all mandazi are cooked.
  11. Enjoy with a glass of milk or cup of tea.
