Take For Potato Wedges
Get 6 long potatoes cut lengthwise 1/2" thick

Take For The Saute Vegetables
Make ready 200 gms. carrot cut lengthwise 1/4 " thick
Get 100 gms. french beans cut into 3" pieces
Make ready 1 cup shelled peas
Make ready 100 gms. fresh mushrooms cut into halves
Get 2 tbsp butter
Take 1/4 tsp black pepper
Get to taste salt
Make ready For Plating
Take 250 gms. spinach leaves shredded coarsely / or shredded cabbage
Take 4 cheese slices or 4 cubes grated cheese
Prepare 2 tsp bar-b-que sauce diluted (optional)
Prepare 2 tbsp soft butter diluted in 1/4 cup water
Get 4 heavy iron sizzler plates on wooden frames

For The Saute Vegetables
Semi-boil carrots, beans, & peas.
Heat butter & saute mushrooms on high flame. Add rest of vegetables.
Add pepper & salt.
Toss well.
Keep hot.
For The Plating
All the items should be cooked, hot & kept ready
Heat the iron plate on high till very hot.
Place it on the wooden frame carefully.
Immediately sprinkle spinach all over.
Place 1 tikki, 1 portion pasta, few wedges, saute veggies one by one on the plate.
Top the tikki with bar-b-sauce & a slice of cheese.
Sprinkle diluted butter all over for the sizzle!!
Serve piping hot with different sauces.
