  3. Divide dough in equall parts of small balls,roll puris from all balls,place puri in guji mould and add 1 tsp stuffing over it and by sealing properly the mould make the shape of gujiya.
  4. Prepare rest of the gujiya with same process.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the prepared gujiya on medium flame till it turns slightly golden.
